Message me and we will get u right. (CRYING, SAUNA AND PICKING ARE DEFINITELY A REASON) nothing I can do there. I always ask “how they look and if u are happy with results” please speak then or forever hold ur peace. I can not be booking out extra time for little things that can be fixed at the moment. You will be charged $30 if I have to book u just to fix it. If u give me a “mapping” n u decide you don’t like that mapping on your eye. I will NOT redo your set. Every eye is different (shape, size, and amount of natural lashes) I will try my best to give u what u ask for. KERATIN TREATMENT- please wash your hair with shampoo prior to your visit. DO NOT USE CONDITIONER OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT AFTER WASHING.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non refundable. Appointments are limited a single reschedule before loss of deposit. Rescheduled appointment must take place within 30 days of original appointment. Reschedule requests must be at least 48 hours prior to appointment, otherwise deposit will be forfeited. NO SHOW OR LAST MIN CANCELLATION WILL RESULT IN A 75% of service charge (24hrs or less). anything more than 24 hours will only result in deposit loss. Punctuality: In order for me to provide the best possible service, it is of the utmost importance that I give each of my clients their entire window of scheduled time. Tardiness affects the amount of time I have with you, as well the remaining slate of appointments for the day. To prevent this, if you are late you will only get the remaining time you were scheduled for . You will still be changed full amount. Or the appointment can be rescheduled and considered a last minute cancellation with 75% fee. No kids or company during service- no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding and compliance
